pkrvlp Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "pkrvlp" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pkrvlp.app, including all associated services, tools, games, and features.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the pkrvlp Platform or is otherwise using any of its services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the registration process on pkrvlp.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the native currency of the pkrvlp Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cashable promotional credits, free spins, or match bonuses credited to a Player's Account by pkrvlp under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are processed.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method that are immediately available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to verification.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

By registering an account on pkrvlp, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or third party.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds, and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pkrvlp or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a pkrvlp employee where such access may constitute a conflict of interest.

pkrvlp reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation upon request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on pkrvlp, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on pkrvlp. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, CNIC number, email address, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pkrvlp will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify pkrvlp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Account registration does not automatically grant access to all Platform features. Certain services — including withdrawals — require completion of the KYC verification process as outlined in Section 4.

pkrvlp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

pkrvlp operates under an international gaming license that requires all Players to undergo identity verification — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — before any withdrawal is processed. This requirement exists to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft.

4.1 Required Documents

Players will be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A clear, unobstructed copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back sides.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months confirming your residential address.
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits — such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and mobile number.
• In certain circumstances, pkrvlp may request a live selfie or video verification to confirm the identity of the account holder.

4.2 Verification Timeline

pkrvlp endeavours to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During periods of high volume — including PSL season — processing times may extend to 72 hours. Players will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a Player is unable to complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of pkrvlp's compliance team, the Platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access, close the Account, and return deposited funds to the original payment method after deducting any Bonus Funds credited to the Account.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

pkrvlp accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank Islamic banking transfer

Deposits are credited to your pkrvlp Account in real time in most cases. pkrvlp does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pkrvlp accepts no liability.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change at pkrvlp's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will trigger a KYC review.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players who have (a) completed KYC verification, (b) met any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds, and (c) a Real Money Balance equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal threshold of PKR 1,000.

6.1 Processing Times

pkrvlp aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts are typically credited within minutes of processing. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pkrvlp Account and the Player's verified CNIC.
• pkrvlp reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request it deems to present an elevated risk of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault that has resulted in an incorrect credit to a Player's Account, pkrvlp reserves the right to recover such funds upon withdrawal, irrespective of whether the Player has wagered the erroneously credited amount.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pkrvlp periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from a Player's Real Money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement applicable to all pkrvlp bonuses is 35x the bonus amount. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 175,000 in total wagers before the bonus is released as withdrawable Real Money.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to Wagering Requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited without compensation.
• pkrvlp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active Wagering Requirement obligations on previously accepted bonuses are honoured.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is still subject to Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

8 Casino Game Rules & Fairness

pkrvlp offers a library of casino games including, but not limited to, live Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and a broad selection of slot titles. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on pkrvlp are independently certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

By participating in any game on pkrvlp, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards or spinning of wheels in a regulated studio environment.
• pkrvlp does not manipulate game outcomes in its favour beyond the house edge that is inherent to each game's design and disclosed in its RTP information.
• Technical malfunctions void all plays and associated payouts. In the event of a game error, pkrvlp's decision on the resolution is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to commencing play.

9 Sports Betting Rules

The pkrvlp sportsbook covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League, bilateral series, and ICC events — alongside other sporting disciplines. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be amended.
• In-play betting odds may change rapidly. It is the Player's responsibility to confirm the displayed odds before submitting an in-play wager.
• pkrvlp reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of bet placement, where a pricing error has occurred, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
• Cricket matches affected by weather, poor light, or other external factors will be settled in accordance with the official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, or as determined by the governing body of the competition in question.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and may vary by event, market type, and time to event start.
• pkrvlp's decision on the settlement of all sports bets is final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the event result being published on the Platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkrvlp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its Players. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, pkrvlp will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their Account during the exclusion period. Players who are under a self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent these restrictions by opening new accounts. Any Account opened by a self-excluded Player will be closed immediately upon discovery and all funds returned to the most recently used payment method.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrvlp Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers such a vulnerability is required to report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploit it.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using pkrvlp for any form of money laundering activity.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or allowing a minor to use your Account.
• Attempting to access the Platform after being subject to a self-exclusion or Account closure.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes that are not bona fide, or reversing legitimate deposits through your payment provider as a means of extracting funds from the Platform.

12 Intellectual Property

All content available on the pkrvlp Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the pkrvlp brand identity — is the intellectual property of pkrvlp or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pkrvlp.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Using pkrvlp's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without explicit written permission.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvlp's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

pkrvlp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or circumstances beyond pkrvlp's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, winnings, or Account balances resulting from events constituting force majeure, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment service providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

Nothing in this clause limits pkrvlp's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

pkrvlp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the age of 21.
• A Player's Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, pkrvlp will return any remaining Real Money Balance to the Player's most recently used verified payment method within 10 business days. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon Account closure under any circumstances.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pkrvlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pkrvlp will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the email address registered on their Account.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published at pkrvlp.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request Account closure.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrvlp holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pkrvlp's internal complaints procedure.

To raise a formal complaint, Players should contact [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, relevant Account details, and any supporting documentation. pkrvlp will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, Players may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pkrvlp's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the support team.
